Welcome in my Homeland

Yes!! My newest work is part of the exhibition Homeland! This exhibition is on show in galerie Sehnsucht in Rotterdam.

Bieszczady is an empty piece of land, in de far south-east of Poland. This land has one of the last primeval forests and a gruesome history, which still has it’s impact in the present time.

In 2016 and 2017, I went to this beautiful land three times, together with Anna Witkowska. The result of our project is a selection of photo’s, documenting the land and the people living there.
